REDMAGIC Unveils Thinner and Lighter Gaming Phone REDMAGIC 10 Air Ahead of Global Launch in April 2025

REDMAGIC has unveiled its latest flagship device, the REDMAGIC 10 Air, designed for gamers seeking a more portable option. Set to launch in China on April 16, 2025, the device will retail for approximately $475 and is expected to be available globally starting April 23, 2025.
The REDMAGIC 10 Air features a weight reduction to 205 grams and a thickness of just 7.85 mm, making it significantly lighter and slimmer than its predecessor, the REDMAGIC 10 Pro, which weighs 229 grams and measures 8.9 mm thick. This reduction may enhance comfort during extended gaming sessions.
Despite the size decrease, the REDMAGIC 10 Air retains several premium features. It sports a 6,000 mAh battery, slightly smaller than the 7050 mAh battery found in the Pro model. The device is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip and includes a 6.8-inch AMOLED display with a 120 Hz refresh rate and peak brightness of 1600 nits.
Additional features include shoulder trigger keys, a programmable “Magic Key” side button, RGB lighting effects, and support for 80W fast charging. The device also integrates a Redcore R3 co-processor for enhanced audio and haptic feedback during gaming. Connectivity options include WiFi 7, with configurations offering up to 16GB of RAM and 512GB of storage, as well as a 12GB/256GB entry-level option.
The camera system consists of a 50MP primary lens, a 50MP ultra-wide lens, and a 16MP under-display front camera.
