TCL has launched the 27C2A Pro, a 27-inch 68.6 cm mini LED gaming monitor that packs serious hardware at an aggressive price point. The display features 2,304 independent dimming zones for deep blacks and minimal blooming, along with dual-mode operation that switches between 4K at 160 Hz for visual fidelity and Full HD at 320 Hz for competitive gaming. Peak brightness hits 2,000 nits in HDR mode with HDR1400 certification, suggesting sustained full-screen brightness of at least 900 nits.
The panel covers 99% of the DCI-P3 color gamut with a delta E under 2, making it suitable for content creation alongside gaming. TCL claims a 1 ms gray-to-gray response time and includes gamer features like crosshair color inversion and automatic brightness enhancement in dark scenes. Connectivity includes dual HDMI 2.1 ports, DisplayPort 1.4, dual USB-A, USB-C with 90-watt power delivery, and a 3.5 mm audio jack. The stand offers height, tilt, and swivel adjustments plus a 90-degree pivot for vertical orientation.
The 27C2A Pro is priced at 3,367 yuan, approximately $488 (€449), and is currently available in China. TCL frequently brings its products to international markets, though no global launch has been announced yet.
