Honor is gearing up to launch its first Win-branded gaming laptop in April 2026, and the company has offered an early look at a new 360W GaN power adapter that will ship with the device. Lin Lin, a company representative, showcased the charger on Weibo, revealing that it weighs 405 grams (0.89 lbs) and will be sold separately for compatibility with other gaming laptops.
The adapter uses gallium nitride (GaN) and silicon carbide (SiC) technologies to maintain a compact form factor while delivering high power output, similar in size to Lenovo's Legion C245 charger. Unlike some modern USB-C laptop chargers, this model features a barrel DC connector, though third-party barrel jack converters are widely available for compatibility with other devices. The design aims to provide a more portable alternative to bulky traditional laptop power bricks.
According to leaker Digital Chat Station, the Honor Win gaming laptop can be configured with up to an RTX 5070 Laptop GPU and Intel Core Ultra 9 290HX processor, with the combination delivering over 250W of performance. This leaves headroom with the 360W adapter for peak power demands and charging overhead. Pricing and exact availability for the standalone charger have not been announced, but details are expected to emerge as the April launch approaches.
