Alldocube has launched the iPlay 70 Max Pro, a budget-friendly tablet featuring a 13-inch IPS display with 1600x2560 resolution and 5G connectivity for JPY 29,999 (around $191 or €176). The device is powered by the Unisoc S715 mid-range processor, which Alldocube claims achieves an AnTuTu benchmark score of 650,000, placing it in similar performance territory to the MediaTek Dimensity 1080 found in devices like the Redmi Note 12 Pro. The tablet comes with 8 GB of RAM, 128 GB of UFS 2.2 storage, and a Mali G57 MC2 GPU, with expandable storage up to 512 GB via microSD card.
The display supports Widevine L1 certification for HD streaming, while an eight-speaker setup promises immersive audio for media consumption. Alldocube has also optimized a desktop mode for productivity, with support for keyboard attachment via Pogo Pin and USI 2.0 active stylus pen compatibility. Other specifications include an 8 MP front camera, 13 MP rear camera, WiFi 5, Bluetooth 5.0, and dual-SIM 5G support.
Powering the device is a 10,000 mAh battery with 33W fast charging support. The iPlay 70 Max Pro launched first in Japan, though Alldocube has not yet announced when the tablet will become available in other markets globally.
