Alldocube has launched the iPlay 80 Mini Ultra, an 8.8-inch Android tablet aimed at mobile gaming with a MediaTek Dimensity 8300 processor and built-in 5G connectivity. The device features a 144Hz IPS display with 2,560 x 1,600 resolution and 500 nits brightness, paired with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage expandable via microSD card.

At 20.8 cm x 13 cm (8.2 x 5.1 inches) and 329 grams (11.6 oz), the tablet maintains a compact form factor that could work as an alternative to dedicated gaming handhelds when paired with an external controller. The Dimensity 8300 provides solid performance for mobile gaming, while the 5G modem enables standalone cellular connectivity without tethering to a smartphone.

The tablet includes a 13MP rear camera and 5MP front camera, dual speakers, and a 7,200 mAh battery with 33W fast charging. The USB Type-C port supports USB 3.0 data transfer and DisplayPort video output for connecting to external displays. The device supports 10-point multitouch input on its display.

Pricing starts at approximately $350 (€322) on AliExpress, though US shipping is currently unavailable. The iPlay 80 Mini Ultra runs Android and offers dual-SIM support if users forgo the microSD card slot.
