Xiaomi has updated its budget Monitor A24i lineup with the 2026 model, bringing a notable refresh rate boost from 100 Hz to 144 Hz alongside improved color accuracy. The 24-inch display now features a 1,500:1 contrast ratio and Delta E < 1 factory color calibration for more accurate and vibrant colors out of the box, though peak brightness remains modest at 300 nits, up from the previous 250 nits.
The upgraded panel makes this an appealing option for budget-conscious gamers and general users looking for smoother motion at a competitive price point. However, the 300-nit brightness ceiling means HDR content remains unsupported, keeping the Monitor A24i 2026 firmly in the SDR category.
Pricing varies significantly by region, with the monitor listed at €109 ($126) in Germany, €100 ($116) in Italy, CZK 1,899 ($90/€83) in Czechia, and MYR 359 ($90/€83) in Malaysia. The regional pricing differences make it particularly attractive in markets like Czechia and Malaysia where it's positioned closer to the $90 mark.
