Xiaomi has launched its 2026 S Mini LED TV series in China with five 4K models spanning 139.7 cm (55 inches) to 254 cm (100 inches), all featuring refresh rates up to 288Hz. The top-end specifications include 1,920 local dimming zones and 2,000-nit peak brightness, while the entry-level 139.7 cm (55-inch) model still gets 576 dimming zones for respectable HDR at its size. A low-reflection coating and a 2.1-channel sound system with Harman AudioEFX tuning complete the package.
The Chinese lineup ships with stronger specs than the EU equivalent Xiaomi recently introduced, which tops out at a 248.9 cm (98-inch) panel with different internals. Pricing in China is also far more aggressive, starting at $450 (€414) for the 139.7 cm (55-inch) model, then $560 (€515) at 165.1 cm (65 inches), $720 (€660) at 190.5 cm (75 inches), $990 (€910) at 215.9 cm (85 inches), and $1,300 (€1,200) for the full 254 cm (100-inch) version. The roughly equivalent 248.9 cm (98-inch) EU model costs around €2,300 ($2,700).
The 288Hz refresh rate makes the series particularly interesting as a PC gaming display. Combined with the high dimming zone counts and strong peak brightness, the S Mini LED 2026 lineup could be a solid pick for big-screen gaming setups. All five models are available now in China, though it remains to be seen whether the improved Chinese specifications will eventually appear in international markets.
