AAEON has launched the Intelli TWL01 Edge, a fanless industrial mini PC designed for kiosks, video walls, and digital signage applications. The compact system measures 15.2 x 12.4 x 3.9 cm (6.0 x 4.9 x 1.5 inches) and weighs 640 grams (1.4 lbs), offering a choice of Intel Alder Lake-N or Twin Lake processors ranging from the quad-core N150 at 6W TDP up to the octa-core Core 3 N355 running at up to 3.9 GHz with 15W TDP.

The system ships with up to 16GB of LPDDR5 memory and 64GB of eMMC storage (expandable to 128GB), plus an M.2 2280 socket for NVMe SSDs. Connectivity includes dual HDMI 2.0b ports for 4K displays, two Gigabit Ethernet ports, four USB 3.2 Gen2 ports, and an RS-232/422/485 serial port for industrial equipment. An optional M.2 2230 module adds WiFi and Bluetooth, while an internal 10-pin GPIO wafer provides additional I/O expansion. The mini PC supports DIN rail, wall mount, and VESA mounting options, and operates from 0°C to 50°C (32°F to 122°F) with a wide 9V to 36V power input.

AAEON provides official support for Windows 11 LTSC, Ubuntu 24.04 LTS, and Yocto 5.1. The Twin Lake processors require Linux kernel 6.11 or later for graphics driver support, and hardware video acceleration on the N150 requires intel-media-va-driver-non-free v25.1 or newer according to community reports. The system features TPM 2.0 security and carries CE, FCC Class A, and RoHS certifications. Pre-orders for the base configuration with an Intel N150 processor, 8GB RAM, and 64GB storage start at $420 (€386) on AAEON's online shop, with datasheets and drivers available on the product page.
