OnePlus has officially confirmed the global launch of the 15R for 2025-12-17, bringing its Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 flagship to international markets. The device is a rebranded version of the Ace 6T launching in China later in November 2025, though global buyers will miss out on one of the three available colorways.
The OnePlus 15R will be offered in Shadow Green and Flash Black, while the Thunder Purple variant, inspired by the Electric Purple of the OnePlus 6T, remains exclusive to the Chinese market. The phone features an adventure-proof design with IP66, IP68, IP69, and IP69K ratings for dust and water resistance.
OnePlus has confirmed the device will pack an 8,000+ mAh battery, though full specifications remain under wraps until the Chinese Ace 6T launch. Pricing has not been announced, but the 15R will be positioned below the OnePlus 15, which starts at $900 (€828).
