Lenovo has opened configurations for the ThinkPad X1 2-in-1 Gen 11 Aura Edition in the UK and Eurozone, with pricing starting at £2,490 (€2,800). The convertible laptop features Intel's Panther Lake processors and includes upgradable options for OLED displays, faster storage, and NFC connectivity.
The base configuration includes a Core Ultra 5 347 processor, but buyers can upgrade to a Core Ultra 7 355 for an additional £220 (€250). Display options include a 2.8K OLED panel with 120 Hz VRR for £110 (€120), while PCIe 5.0 SSD storage adds the same amount in the UK but €130 in the Eurozone. Lenovo also sells its Slim Pen 2 as a £30 (€30) add-on and NFC connectivity for £10 (€20). Notably, only Core Ultra 7 355 configurations support a 16 GB RAM option, which actually reduces the price by £290 (€330).
The laptop can be ordered without an operating system for a £50 (€60) discount. Lenovo offers Linux as a factory configuration option alongside Windows 11, which pairs well with Intel's Panther Lake upstream support. The latest Linux kernels feature stable Xe3 graphics drivers and complete NPU 5 support for Panther Lake processors, with distributions like Ubuntu 25.10 and Fedora 43 planning Linux 6.17 integration when the laptops ship.
Lenovo will begin shipping the ThinkPad X1 2-in-1 Gen 11 Aura Edition on 2026-03-24 in the UK and Eurozone markets, with shipments to other regions like Australia expected to follow later.
