Lenovo is now selling the IdeaPad Pro 5i (16IPH11) with Intel's latest Panther Lake processors, offering a choice between the Core Ultra 7 356H and Core Ultra 9 386H. The 16-inch laptop represents Lenovo's Gen 11 refresh for 2026, bringing Intel's next-generation architecture to the mainstream creator and productivity segment.

The base configuration pairs the Core Ultra 7 356H (a 16-core chip with 4 P-cores, 8 E-cores, and 4 LP E-cores) with 32 GB of LPDDR5X-8533 RAM, 1 TB of M.2 2242 storage, and a 2.8K OLED display that refreshes at 120 Hz. The screen delivers 500 nits in SDR mode and peaks at 1,000 nits for HDR content. Lenovo includes an 84 Wh battery with support for 170 W fast charging, though a larger 99 Wh battery option should arrive later alongside Core Ultra X9 388H configurations.

Pricing starts at $2,450 (€2,255) in the United States, with the laptop also available for CAD 3,400 in Canada and AUD 4,399 in Australia. Buyers can upgrade to the Core Ultra 9 386H and add touchscreen functionality to the OLED panel. The IdeaPad Pro 5i competes in the creator laptop space where OLED displays and Intel's latest silicon are becoming standard equipment for demanding workflows.
