Hisense has launched its U7SG ULED MiniLED 4K Google TV in the US, bringing its mid-range display technology to consumers ahead of the 2026 World Cup. The 55 cm (55 inch) model is available now at $1,300 (€1,196), matching last year's launch price for the U7 series.

The U7SG features up to 3,000 nits peak brightness and a native 165 Hz refresh rate, with support for HDR10+, Dolby Vision, and AMD FreeSync Premium Pro for gaming. The TV uses thousands of Mini-LEDs for localized dimming control and includes an anti-glare screen coating. Audio comes from a 50W multi-channel 2.1.2 speaker system tuned by Devialet, with Dolby Atmos and DTS Virtual:X support. The panel includes four HDMI 2.1 ports and runs on Google TV with ATSC 3.0 tuner support.

Mid-range sizes of 165 cm (65 inches), 190 cm (75 inches), and 216 cm (85 inches) are listed as coming soon at $1,500 (€1,380), $2,000 (€1,840), and $2,500 (€2,300) respectively. Hisense also plans larger 254 cm (100 inch) and 295 cm (116 inch) models at $4,500 (€4,140) and $20,000 (€18,400), though retailer listings have not appeared yet. The company has also released a Fire TV variant called the U7SF with similar specifications.
