Xiaomi's first Intel Panther Lake laptop, the Book Pro 14, launched in China in March 2026 and is now available to international buyers through TradingShenzhen. The 14.6-inch ultraportable weighs just 1.08 kg (2.4 lbs) and measures 14.95 mm (0.59 inches) thick, built with a magnesium alloy unibody and carbon fiber bottom shell.
The laptop comes in three configurations, starting with the Core Ultra 5 325 with 24 GB RAM and 1 TB storage for $1,477 (€1,358). The mid-tier model features the Core Ultra 5 338H with Arc B370 integrated graphics, 32 GB RAM, and 1 TB storage for $1,649 (€1,516). The top configuration packs the Core Ultra X7 358H with Arc B390 graphics, which delivers gaming performance comparable to the RTX 4050 laptop GPU according to Notebookcheck benchmarks, paired with 32 GB RAM and 1 TB storage for $1,741 (€1,601).
The Book Pro 14 features a 14.6-inch OLED touchscreen with 3.1K resolution, 120 Hz refresh rate, and 1,600 nits peak brightness. The cooling system uses a 10,000 mm² vapor chamber with three-channel airflow that sustains up to 50W on battery power. The 72 Wh battery provides up to 19.8 hours of runtime, and connectivity includes Thunderbolt 4, USB-C, USB-A, and HDMI 2.1.
The Panther Lake platform and Arc B-series graphics run well on Linux distributions through open-source Intel drivers. While the Arc B390 graphics work out-of-the-box on recent kernels with Mesa, distribution support varies. Ubuntu 26.04, Fedora 44, and rolling releases like Arch Linux include the necessary kernel and firmware support, though early adopters may need manual updates to graphics stacks for optimal performance at launch.
These import prices run higher than China pricing, where the three configurations retail for CNY 7,999 ($1,161 or €1,068), CNY 9,199 ($1,335 or €1,228), and CNY 9,999 ($1,449 or €1,333). TradingShenzhen offers warranty coverage, though it differs from official Xiaomi support.
