K3s has released version v1.32.10+k3s1, updating the lightweight Kubernetes distribution to Kubernetes v1.32.10 with extensive bug fixes and component updates. The release addresses over 20 issues including critical networking fixes, IPv6 loadbalancer handling, etcd member promotion problems, and server shutdown sequencing improvements.
Key component updates include Traefik v3.5.1, CoreDNS v1.13.1, runc v1.2.8, and Flannel v0.27.4. The update also bumps Kine to v0.14.6 with PostgreSQL object count fixes, Containerd to v2.1.5, and Helm Controller to v0.16.16.
The release fixes multiple stability issues including a fatal error when changing node IP addresses in network policies, proper CA certificate rotation handling through dynamic certificate regeneration, and improved metrics registration for Kine without TLS. Additional fixes address helm controller apiserver connectivity on IPv6-only nodes and resolve issues with vendored dependencies in version scripts.
This update migrates the release pipeline to GitHub Actions and includes Go 1.24.9. The K3s project continues to focus on providing a production-ready Kubernetes distribution optimized for resource-constrained environments and edge deployments.
