Version 44.20260508 lands with Mesa 26.0.5, Nvidia Open 595.71.05, and Gamescope 137, keeping the compositor and GPU stack current for both AMD and Nvidia users running Steam, Lutris, or standalone titles.
One of the more practical additions is a new ujust script for installing ASUS ROG tools, including the rog-control-center RPM, giving ROG laptop owners a streamlined path to fan curves, LED control, and power profiles without hunting down packages manually. The release also re-adds the HID-TMFF2 kernel module for Thrustmaster force feedback wheels, a welcome fix for sim racing enthusiasts who lost support in a previous build.
